VOGUE POSSIBLY SUING DRAKE & 21 FOR FAKE PROMO

I thought their rollout was amusing, but kind of wanted to see a Howard Stern interview and a Tiny Desk concert but they were fake, unfortunately. Vogue didn't find it funny and may be suing over fake covers the two rappers used to promote their latest collab. Condé Nast, which owns Vogue, says that isn't the case ... despite Drake giving the brand and editor-in-chief Ms. Anna Wintour a shout-out online for getting a blessing. Condé Nast claims Vogue "has not endorsed ["Her Loss"] in any way" ... and has asked multiple times for all promos using the Vogue name to be taken down, but nothing's been done. Whoa. Fake posters of the "cover" were even printed and posted in major cities. Condé Nast also says Drake and 21's teams sent out an email blast "celebrating Drake's Vogue cover." Condé Nast wants a judge to shut down the use of the Vogue mark immediately and may possibly want at least $4M in damages. Uh-oh. This was actually printed and handed out by a street team as well as being online.
