So going into this movie, we automatically mourn Chadwick from the very first scene. The nation is under attack from two threats, one underwater and the other? Greedy countries after Wakanda's Vibranium. We all know Sherri becomes the Black Panther in the movie but it doesn't seem permanent. The end confirms who the next one will be. The movie was surrounded by tons of controversy for recasting the heroic role of Black Panther. The director Ryan Coogler had a vision for the movie and did not want to recast Black Panther, which was definitely to pay respect to Chadwick Boseman. The movie is a thrill ride and is the closing of phase 4 of the MCU. It definitely feels like a closing movie but feels like a new beginning as well because it introduces new characters such as Ironheart and Namor (who is said to be as powerful as the Hulk when by water.) There is another team like the Avengers slowly being introduced called the "Thunderbolts" and there was a nice link in the movie showing one of their people who is assembling the team in direct contact with someone associated with Wakanda. That is exactly what Marvel is excellent at. Introducing heroes and teams through small situations in their movies. It is also said "Ironheart" and the general from Wakanda will be receiving her own series on Disney+ as well.
