This past September, 50 Cent has filed a lawsuit against a plastic surgeon which used a photo of him to promote her company and its services. Kogan used the photo to promote Perfection Plastic Surgery without authorization and falsely implied 50 Cent had a penis enlargement procedure.
The lawsuit is finally heading to court, receiving a trial date of summer 2023. 50’s lawsuit against MedSpa owner Angela Kogan is scheduled for July 3, 2023.
They can reach a settlement prior to a dispute playing out in court. 50 sounds ready for smoke as he shared his reaction to the news on Instagram on Sunday night (November 20). “yeah my d_ck is a BIG DEAL set for trial in july no enhancement necessary,these fools put them selves out of business. SMH,” 50 wrote in his instagram caption. Lol.
