One of my personal favorite songs from Lil Durk is "What Happened to Virgil." It's a catchy tune from rising hip-hop stars Lil Durk and Gunna. Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of Virgil's death. Unfortunately, he passed away from a private two-year bout with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. A close friend of Virgil paid tribute to Virgil. In case you didn't know who Virgil is, he is the Off-White creator and has his name mentioned in many hip-hop songs

“1 year you’ve been gone. I love you My hero Virgil,” he wrote in a post with a photo of the late Louis Vuitton artistic director.

G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Don C. also paid homage “Love and miss you dearly #virgilforever (this 1st pair from the factory will be in @faamfamily),” Don wrote.
