The Debarge family has had their fair share of trouble through the years. El DeBarge was arrested on weapon and drug charges in Burbank, California, on this past Sunday. El DeBarge was pulled over originally for expired tags, and officers searched his vehicle, where they found pepper spray and narcotics they also believed Debarge was on heroin. El DeBarge didn't have a valid driver's license which didn't help the situation at all, and he had a cane or baton, a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. El DeBarge did post $25K bond and is scheduled back in court in March. SMH.
