T.I. & TINY BACK IN THE NEWS AGAIN....

T.I. and Tiny are about to go to court against MGA Entertainment, Inc. They believe the inspiration for the doll they have created is based on the group the OMG Girlz. There are dolls which allegedly look like them and the Harris family believes the company is using their likeness.

MGA Entertainment, Inc actually says that T.I. and Tiny have noevidence of having the OMG Girlz intellectual property. Things like this can get tricky folks and may be a lengthy process in court. T.I. spoke about everything in a post on Instagram. I will say the hair color is close, but, here is what T.I. had to say:

”Preventing our daughter’s image and likeness from being exploited is not about money, its about protecting art and the creator of that art from blatant theft. This is more principled than it is financially motivated. However, if there are finances that have been attained & withheld unfairly that our families are entitled to…WE WANT IT!!!”
