Beyonces fall was cute in comparison to this one. Reggaeton singer, Karol G, took a hard tumble down the stairs all the way to the bottom at the FTX Arena in Miam. She had tons of background dancers and onlookers as everything happened. Her dancers immediately rushing to her assistance, the singer laid there for a second, then Karol G hopped back on her feet and kept going on with the show. Salute.
