MATTEL VS. RAP SNACKS FOR BARBIE USAGE

Mattel owns the Barbie trademark and is suing Rap Snacks over its Nicki Minaj-themed chips. The Rap Snacks are a real thing and have many of your favorite rappers on the front of the bag of flavored snacks. The problem here is the chips named ‘Barbie-Que,’ a play on the ‘Barbie’ title Nicki Minaj often uses, do not belong to her. Of course, there is a lawsuit brewing and thankfully they are not actually going after Nicki but the actual company that produces the product.
