According to VladTv, an 85-year-old man from Florida was arrested for attempting to buy an 8-year-old girl from her mother outside of a local Walmart. The man's name is Hellmuth Kolb and he was arrested on Thursday for the foolish incident. He also violated his probation. He told the mother how pretty the little girl was inside the store and followed them outside where he made his $100,000 offer to purchase the child. WTH?
