Many artists protested Triller due to non-payment to Verzuz created by Swizz and Timbo. Everyone from used their platform to not use Verzuz due to Triller lacking he remaining $28 million they owed the Duo. Triller has acquired the rights to their groundbreaking Verzuz series. Triller announced the purchase a while ago but after not paying, Timbo and Swizz had to take legal action in August. This literally created revenue for classic acts like Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Dipset, the Lox, and more, even giving them shares in the company. Fortunately, all parties involved came to an agreement on Thursday (September 22), settling the $28 million suit. Let's hope we see another Verzuz sometime soon, the last few were pretty entertaining.
