+ Jet Life Recordings' Rising Star Returns With an Intoxicating New Single and Video, Setting the Tone for her Forthcoming Project
 
 
 
September 30, 2022 - Today, New Orleans native I'Sis releases her new single and music video "Ringtone". The song's addictive and melodic beat perfectly compliment I'Sis' smooth and syrupy cadence. An ode to her city, the visual features iconic Southern imagery from horses, to cowboy hats, classic cars and more. With "Ringtone" ISis is reintroducing herself to listeners, her undeniable presence shining through on every verse.

"Ringtone" jumpstarts a new era for I'Sis, coming off the back of her debut project Welcome To My City, released in 2021. The project featured standout tracks like "She On Fire" and "I Need A Hotboy" which began to put I'Sis on the map as one to watch out of her city. Also in 2021, she signed to Jet Life Recordings, the music collective formed by New Orleans rap savant Curren$y. Later that year she would be featured on the JetLife compilation project Welcome To Jet Life Recordings 2 on "Aint No Love" with Black Cobain and made her Rolling Loud debut at the festival in Miami. Coming off of an incredible year, ISis Ringtone is part of her brick laying process for her new project, which will showcase her musical versatility as she dabbles with a melodic sounds, paired with the brash, unapologetic verses that fans have come to love about her music. As ISis gears up for new music, she is ready to further establish her as next up out of New Orleans.

I'Sis is ready for her moment. The 22-year-old rapper is next up out of New Orleans, her music drips with Southern drawl, brash delivery and a melodic twang that sets her apart from the pack. Influences like The Hot Boyz, and Young Money Cash Money inspired her 2021 debut project Welcome To My City, which served as her formal introduction to the genre and led her to ink a deal with Jet Life Recordings after New Orleans legend Curren$y recognized her undeniable potential. Shortly after, she was featured on the 2021 JetLife compilation album Welcome To Jet Life Recordings 2 on "Ain't No Love" with Black Cobain. Since signing to JetLife, I'Sis has also experienced experienced exciting milestones like performing at Rolling Loud Miami for the first time this year. Now with I'Sis, she wants to further establish herself to fans new and old, laying the bricks for a new era.
