In an already dragged-out case, the guys may have to stay in jail longer than expected before even going to trial. The duo Lil Gunna and Young Thug along with 26 other YSL affiliates are sitting in prison awaiting their fate. Prosecutors are claiming that Thugga did crimes ranging from murder to drug dealing. Now it seems a 10-page motion asking for a two-month delay in the trial. The DA made the request due to most of the people indicted do not yet have legal representation. The trial starts on January 9, 2023, but Willis would like it postponed until March 27 to let all defendants get proper representation. The DA also requested the defendants all be tried together since they all are part of the same conspiracy with similar evidence.
